Full sheets, round dies included
Design one label and impose it across the whole sheet — Avery 5160, 5163 and the A4 L-series, plus 2" round, 2½" round and 3 × 2" oval die-cut stock, with the canvas cut to the die so you design the circle, not the square around it. Start on the first unused label, and nudge the whole print a millimeter when your printer feeds a hair off.

A cloud design can be up to 900,000 bytes. Larger jobs may need to be split or saved locally. Existing saved designs are not automatically deleted when a limit is reached. Beta features may change; keep your own design files and test a printed sample.

Is BarcodeStack really free?
Yes. Local label design and export are free without an account. Optional accounts provide up to 10 cloud designs, 9 MB total storage and 3 API keys, with shared usage limits. Advertising and paid subscriptions are disabled. Starter layouts contain sample content that you must replace.
Which printers does it work with?
Export PDF or PNG for a compatible printer and driver. Presets cover common thermal rolls and sheet stock, and custom dimensions are available. Direct printing requires supported hardware and software; a preset does not guarantee compatibility. Test one label with your own printer and media.
Do labels print at the right size?
The canvas is built at your printer's native resolution — a 4×6 thermal label is exactly 812 × 1218 pixels at 203 DPI — and PDFs export at exact physical dimensions. Print at 100% scale (never "fit to page") and test one label first.
Can I create retail barcodes like UPC and EAN?
Yes — 18 symbologies plus QR. We generate barcode graphics from values you supply. Obtain authorized retail identifiers through GS1 or follow the identifier process required by your marketplace. A valid check digit or successful scan does not establish ownership or acceptance.
How does batch printing from a spreadsheet work?
Click Import Data, paste rows from Excel or Google Sheets (or upload a CSV), then put {{column}} placeholders in any text or barcode value. Every row becomes a label in one multi-page PDF — including N-up Avery sheets with a start-position offset. It's free, and an import takes up to 5,000 rows (the first 2,000 are saved with the design).
Can I print full Avery sheets?
Yes. Pick an Avery preset (5160, 5161, 5162, 5163, 5164, 5167, 5195, or the A4 L-series), design one label, and export the whole sheet — starting at any position so partially used sheets don't go to waste.
Is my data private?
Ordinary editing and local export run in your browser. Cloud saving uploads the design, including images and saved rows; API requests send their inputs to our servers. Limited automatic error diagnostics and hosting metadata also reach the service. Older diagnostic reports may retain redacted fragments until deletion. See the Privacy Policy for retention and reporting choices.
Do I need an account?
No. Open the editor and start designing. An account is only for cloud saves, syncing, and API keys — the free tier keeps working without one.
What's the catch?
The service is free with bounded cloud storage and API use. There are no ads or paid subscriptions. This is beta software: keep local design files, check example content, and test printed labels before relying on a batch.
