How to print labels on a Rollo
The common 4×6 preset uses 203 DPI, or 812 × 1218 pixels. Check your exact printer resolution and stock before choosing that preset. Export a test label and verify its dimensions and any barcode.

Pick the size
Choose the measured stock dimensions and match the DPI to your exact printer; the common 4 × 6" preset defaults to 203 DPI.

Design the label
Add text, a Code 128 barcode, or import your order spreadsheet with {{column}} placeholders.

Export a PDF
Export → “PDF — exact label size”. The file is exactly 4 × 6 inches.

Print through a supported driver
Open the PDF, select the intended printer, matching paper dimensions and 100% scale. Follow your exact model's media-sensing and calibration instructions, then test one label.
Good to know
- Always print at 100% / “Actual size”. “Fit to page” rescales the PDF and breaks both label dimensions and barcode scannability.
- Print one label and test-scan any barcode before running a full batch.
- Direct thermal labels fade in sunlight — use them for shipping, not archival.
