- Always print at 100% / “Actual size”. “Fit to page” rescales the PDF and breaks both label dimensions and barcode scannability.
- Print one label and test-scan any barcode before running a full batch.
- Run the printer's calibration (feed) routine after changing label size so gap detection re-learns.
