Frequently asked questions
- Do you supply the candle warning wording?
- No. Ready-written safety templates are unavailable pending qualified review. Obtain instructions appropriate to the product and its market from a qualified source. A generic warning symbol or decorative layout does not establish compliance.
- How do I make a round jar label?
- Pick a round preset: 2 in round (12 per sheet), 2½ in round (9 per sheet), or a 3 × 2 in oval (8 per sheet) for laser and inkjet sheet stock, plus 50 mm and Brother DK-1218 rounds for thermal rolls. The canvas is cut to the die, so what you see is the circle rather than the square it sits in, and the sheet preview lays out real circles. Any custom size works too — the layout on the round and oval sheets is nominal, so print page 1 on plain paper first and hold it over the label sheet against a light before committing a sheet of die-cut stock. If it sits a millimeter or two out, Export → “PDF — full sheet” → Printer alignment takes which way the labels need to move — positive is right and down — and saves it for every sheet you print afterwards.
- Can the front label and the bottom warning print in one run?
- They're two different labels, so they're two designs and two exports. Both can merge from the same scent list, though, so a six-scent line is two runs rather than twelve designs — save each design to a file and reopen it for the next batch.
- Can I print these in bulk from a spreadsheet?
- Import a local spreadsheet or paste private data, then put {{column}} placeholders in text or barcode values. Imports support up to 5,000 rows within file and cell limits; export large jobs in smaller ranges within the output limits. Use a Google Sheets link only for data already intended to be accessible to anyone with that link. Review the values and test a label before a batch.
- How do I check the printed size?
- Select the measured stock dimensions and your printer's actual resolution. Exported PDF dimensions follow your selection, but drivers, scaling and media feed affect the result. Print at 100% scale (Actual size), measure a sample and test-scan each barcode before a batch.
