- Yes — set the {{#}} start number, digit padding, and prefix in the Import data dialog (e.g. INV-0501 onward).
- Can I print these in bulk from a spreadsheet?
- Import a local spreadsheet or paste private data, then put {{column}} placeholders in text or barcode values. Imports support up to 5,000 rows within file and cell limits; export large jobs in smaller ranges within the output limits. Use a Google Sheets link only for data already intended to be accessible to anyone with that link. Review the values and test a label before a batch.
