One item moved — can I reprint just that shelf label?

Yes. Import the same stock list and type the line numbers into the Rows box: 12 for one label, or 12-18, 24 for a handful. Only those rows render, so a single relabel doesn't cost you the rest of the roll.

How do I make the location code readable from down the aisle?

Give the location its own text object and set it far larger than the product name — a 3 × 1" label is 609 × 203 dots at 203 DPI, so a tall line plus a barcode underneath fits comfortably. Widen the barcode while you're there: it re-renders at a whole number of dots per module, and a wider module is what lets a scanner read it from further back.

Can the same list print on a thermal roll and an Avery sheet?

Yes, but they are different sizes — the thermal preset is 3 × 1" and Avery 5161 is 4 × 1", 20 to a US Letter sheet. Switch the preset, check the layout, then export the sheet starting at whichever label position you left off at so a half-used sheet isn't wasted.

Can I print these in bulk from a spreadsheet?

Import a local spreadsheet or paste private data, then put {{column}} placeholders in text or barcode values. Imports support up to 5,000 rows within file and cell limits; export large jobs in smaller ranges within the output limits. Use a Google Sheets link only for data already intended to be accessible to anyone with that link. Review the values and test a label before a batch.

How do I check the printed size?

Select the measured stock dimensions and your printer's actual resolution. Exported PDF dimensions follow your selection, but drivers, scaling and media feed affect the result. Print at 100% scale (Actual size), measure a sample and test-scan each barcode before a batch.
