If material on BarcodeStack raises a copyright, trademark, privacy or safety concern, email support@barcodestack.com.
What to include
- The exact BarcodeStack page URL and a description of the material.
- The concern, the work or right involved, and evidence that helps us identify it.
- Your name, a reply address, and whether you are the rights holder or an authorized representative.
- Any urgent circumstances or relevant legal documents.
Send only information needed to investigate. Do not send passwords, API keys, customer lists or unrelated private designs. Report details are used to handle the concern and may need to be shared with affected parties or authorities where appropriate.
Copyright and trademark concerns
A copyright complaint and a trademark complaint can require different handling. A brand logo can raise more than one kind of concern; describe the rights you are asserting. See the Copyright Office's Section 512 information and the USPTO's explanation of intellectual-property rights.
For a formal copyright notice, include identification of the copyrighted work, the specific material and its location, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed, and your physical or electronic signature. Disputed notices and counter-notices need individual review.
What happens next
We review the report, may request additional information, and may restrict access while a concern is reviewed. Emailing a report does not automatically remove a page. We cannot remove copies already downloaded or hosted by someone else.
Sharing templates today
The public template library contains built-in designs. Your cloud designs remain private to your account. Sharing a library link shares the built-in template, not your edited design. Public user submissions are not open yet.
